Budtender
ENDO is hiring a full-time budtender to guide customers through the menu, keep checkout accurate, and support a calm, compliance-first retail floor.
This is a customer-facing retail role for someone who communicates clearly, handles detail well, and can balance education, hospitality, and operational discipline in a regulated environment.
Core responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand shopping goals, and recommend product formats with clear, pressure-free guidance.
- Support ID checks, purchase-limit awareness, and compliant point-of-sale workflows throughout each transaction.
- Process orders accurately, handle cash carefully, and keep pickup flow organized during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean, informed sales floor by restocking displays, checking labels, and keeping product knowledge current.
- Partner with the team on receiving, inventory organization, and daily retail upkeep.
- Help create the straightforward, no-pretense in-store experience ENDO is known for.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and active-listening skills in a customer-facing setting.
- Reliable attendance, detail-oriented habits, and comfort following regulated procedures.
- Weekend and peak-hour availability.
- Ability to stay composed while multitasking across sales floor, pickup, and register support.
- Ability to work on-site at ENDO in Santa Fe.
Preferred background
- 1+ year in retail, hospitality, or cannabis is preferred.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash balancing is preferred.
- Familiarity with flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and dosage basics is helpful.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
