These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of newmexendo.com, including account features, menu browsing, informational pages, online ordering tools, and related services made available by ENDO LLC, doing business as ENDO.

Online Orders, Checkout, and Pickup
Submitting an order through the site is a request to purchase, not a guarantee of acceptance. Orders remain subject to inventory confirmation, pricing confirmation, legal purchase limits, account review, medical eligibility review when applicable, and ID verification at pickup.
Checkout services may be provided through connected ecommerce partners. Separate recreational and medical checkouts may be required. ENDO may refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order at any time before pickup if a legal, inventory, pricing, fraud, security, or operational issue arises.
- A valid government-issued ID is required for adult-use pickup, and medical documentation may be required for medical pickup.
- Products must be picked up where lawfully offered unless ENDO expressly provides another fulfillment method.
- If an item becomes unavailable or a listed price is incorrect, we may cancel the order or contact you with updated options.
- Taxes, fees, and final totals are determined in the checkout or pickup flow that controls the transaction.
Payments, Promotions, and Loyalty
Payment processing, promotional rules, and loyalty calculations may be handled through connected checkout and account systems. Promotions are subject to posted terms, applicable law, inventory limits, and change without notice unless a specific offer says otherwise.
ENDO may correct pricing or promotional errors, limit quantities, reject stacking of discounts, or cancel transactions affected by technical or clerical mistakes.
